Managers Wellbeing & Mental Health Course

Research by the HSE shows that managers are the top reason employees report work-related stress, not because they cause it, but due to their perceived influence over workplace stressors. Managers are also in a key position to identify early signs of struggle in team members, yet many lack the confidence and skills to act.

Our Managers Wellbeing and Mental Health programme equips managers to make a real impact. By the end, they understand their role in supporting mental health, can recognise early signs of distress, and know how to guide team members to the right resources. They’ll also develop awareness of how their management style affects their own wellbeing as well as that of their team and how to model positive behaviours effectively.  The result is resilient managers contributing to a positive workplace culture.
